Senior Marketing Specialist

Job Objective:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Marketing Specialist to spearhead marketing efforts for AIC and its key brands – (Rocol, Zerust, and Varybond). You will be a master of both digital and traditional marketing, seamlessly blending brand awareness and reputation building with targeted campaign execution across ATL, BTL, and TTL channels. This is a dynamic role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and a touch of mischievous creativity.

 

DUTIES AND TASKS
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand the landscape.
  • Define brand positioning and messaging for each AIC brand.
  • Set marketing goals and objectives aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans across ATL, BTL, and TTL channels.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Lead search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive website traffic and leads.
  • Utilize email marketing and other digital channels to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Oversee the development and execution of ATL campaigns (TV, radio, print) for maximum impact.
  • Plan and execute BTL activities (trade shows, events, promotions) to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Develop and implement brand awareness and reputation management strategies.
  • Monitor brand sentiment online and offline and take corrective action as needed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets for all assigned brands.
  • Track and report on marketing performance against KPIs.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads across all marketing channels.
  • Design effective sales funnels that nurture leads and convert them into customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Track and analyze lead generation and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize sales funnels to maximize lead conversion rates.

 


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior marketing role with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for multiple brands.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, etc.).Creative and innovative with a penchant for "out-of-the-box" thinking.Passion for the industrial lubricants and maintenance market.Fluency in English. Management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Ability to creatively explain and present complex issues.Strong organizational and planning skills.Strong listening and communication skills.Presentation skills and time management skills.
