Bachelor’s degree in any field.Minimum of 6-7 years of experience within the sanitaryware industry in sales is a MUST.Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of sanitaryware products and market trends.Strong analytical skills to assess sales performance and identify growth opportunities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
