- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Record all financial transactions of the company.
- Prepare and submit periodic financial reports , such as statement of accounts and operating budget.
- Prepare extracts and manage customer contractor and supplier accounts.
- Participate in preparing the company's budget.
- Prepare and submit tax returns.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
Work experience as an Accountant , preferably in the construction industry.Familiarity with construction project management and cost accounting is a plus.Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.Experience in preparing project extracts.
