Role Description
This is a full-time role for a facility management Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
- Identifying, expanding and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Searching for new clients who are interested in the company services and products and maximizing client potentials.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Developing and executing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts.
- Preparing technical and commercial quotations and administering client accounts.
- Analyzing costs and sales forecasts.
- Supporting marketing activities and managing social media accounts of the company.
Work environment
Primarily office-based with frequent travel to client sites and industry events. May require flexible working hours to accommodate client meetings and project deadlines.
QualificationsProven track record in facility management business development is strongly recommended.Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control.Track record of achieving sales quotas.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to develop and implement business strategies.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.Professional experience in preparing Technical and Commercial proposals.
