Senior Sales
Job Requirements
• Suitable bachelor’s degree, preferably business administration, marketing
• Ability to reach sales target
• A very good level of real estate knowledge and marketing skills
• At least 4 years of experience in selling and marketing real estate projects
• Good level in English
• It is preferable to obtain an accredited certificate in sales
• Familiarity with applicable real estate laws and regulations
• Good representation of the company in terms of appearance, style, personal fitness and high ability to conduct themselves well
• Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion skills to win customers and complete sales
• The ability to gain customer confidence and provide advice and suggestions
• Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities
• Possessing customer service skills and providing appropriate solutions
• Ability to use CRM programs
