As a Senior Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital advertising efforts. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing media campaigns across various online channels to maximize our brand visibility and customer acquisition. With your expertise in media buying and beauty industry knowledge, you will contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities: 

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with business goals and target audience segments.
  • Campaign Planning: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key opportunities and develop media plans that effectively reach and engage our target audience.
  • Media Buying: Manage the end-to-end media buying process, including negotiating rates, securing media placements, and coordinating with media partners and vendors.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage media budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimize return on investment (ROI).
  • Channel Selection: Determine the most suitable digital advertising channels, such as social media platforms, search engines, display networks, and influencers, to reach and engage our target audience effectively.
  • Ad Creation and Optimization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content and monitor campaign performance to optimize ad creatives, placements, and targeting.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for future optimizations.
  • Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and media buying best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, analytics, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on media buying activities, campaign performance, and ROI to share insights and progress with stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.Digital Advertising Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, including social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.), search engine marketing (Google Ads, Bing Ads), programmatic advertising, and influencer marketing.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.Budget Management: Proven experience in managing media budgets effectively to maximize ROI.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and vendors.Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results and meet performance goals.Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of beauty industry trends, competitor landscape, and consumer behavior in the beauty ecommerce space.
