Digital Account Manager

As a Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, serving as their main point of contact for all digital marketing initiatives. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop digital marketing strategies tailored to their needs, and ensure the successful execution of those strategies. You will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality digital marketing campaigns and provide ongoing support and guidance to clients.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
* Understand client business objectives and develop digital marketing strategies to help them achieve their goals.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including digital strategists, content creators, and analysts, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to clients to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
* Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
* Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of digital marketing initiatives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and share insights with clients to help them stay ahead of the competition.


* Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role.* Alexandria resident is a MUST.⁠* Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.* Strong experience in social media is a MUST.* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.* Experience with CRM software is a plus.
