Reservation Executive

We are seeking a Reservations Manager, a highly experienced, and skilled booking with in-depth knowledge of all reservation processes especially (alhajjj and omraa)
The Reservation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all reservation processes within the organization. The role involves ensuring optimal service, maximizing room occupancy and revenue, and developing strategies to encourage repeat bookings. The Reservation Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments.

  • Awareness of all reservation Processes (as cancellations, revisions, and information updates on changes; process guest reservation requests are required by the tourism and operations department.
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, upgrades, and cancellations received.
  • Wide range of communications with another Companies

 


Experience: At least 8 years of experience in a reservation role, preferably in the travel or hospitality  Education: Bachelor's degree industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in reservation management software.Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of reservation processes and revenue management strategies. Understanding of the travel and hospitality industry and market trends.Personal Characteristics: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Able to handle pressure and multi-task effectively.
