Main Responsibilities:
- Estimate, prepare and assign resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc.., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
- Conduct Site inspections and supervise installation of electrical systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare and present technical reports and project updates.
- Coordinate with construction teams, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems into overall project plans.
- Control and implement electrical systems and products.
- Support project on-site execution and make decisions to support projects.

- Perform any additional related tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate company.Detailed knowledge of electrical equipment is essential.Ability to design, identify and specify a wide range of electrical equipment.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.A comprehensive understanding of electrical health and safety regulations.Able to prioritize and plan effectively.Strong organizational and communication skills.
