We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, managing inventory, and ensuring that the company receives payments for goods and services offered in both the sports and industry fields.

 Manage Accounts Receivable:Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.Record payments received and apply them to the correct invoices.Maintain accurate records of all transactions.Customer Communication:Communicate with customers to follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies.Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.Reconciliation and Reporting:Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable ledgers.Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging.Assist in the preparation of financial statements by providing relevant accounts receivable information.Process Improvement:Identify and implement improvements to the accounts receivable process.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.Inventory Management:Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability of products.Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.Coordinate with the procurement and sales departments to maintain optimal inventory levels.qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant or similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.******Preferable live in Obour city or has no concern to work there
