- Follows-up on the employees’ insurance status (from the date of hire till the date of resignation)
- Follows-up with the insurance office/ labor office regarding the inspection done for the company and handles any violations.
- Deals with the difficulties regarding the social insurance/labor office
- Oversee the administration of office attendance log/ time and attendance system.
- Maintain all personnel records and ensure they are updated accordingly/ electronic filing system.
- Establish employees’ files according to company guidelines.
- Handle hiring and termination processes according to labor & Social insurance law.
- Handle different types of employee’s vacations.
- Handling all social insurance forms 1,2,6
- Handle all hiring & termination procedures of employees: (contracts, medical insurance procedures, hiring documents, any termination related internal documentation; signed resignations, social insurance forms 1, and 6).
- Monitor employees' database system by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers in order to ensure accurate database.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant filed.1-3 years of experience in HR-related field.Excellent communication skills.Excellent in English language.Proficient in MS Office.
