Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Assist in resolving legal disputes and managing legal risks.
- Handle Litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution in GCC and MENA region, Supervise and coordinate the work of external law firms.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations.
- Manage, Supervise and develop support team members within the department.
- Providing regular internal reporting on legal and claims/litigation matters.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in law5 to 8 years of experience practicing law, preferably with a law firm or in-house legal department.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent spoken and written English skills.
