- Matching the planned production with the actual production.
- Ensuring all processes are controlled and monitored.
- Processing quality audits and quality assurance reviews.
- Troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues.
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Ensure the activation of the daily, weekly, and monthly reports of quality management, production, research and development, maintenance, and procurement according to the procedures of each department.
- Ensuring methods of storing and preserving raw materials.
- Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed.
- Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
- Make recommendations for improvement.
- Create training materials and operating manuals.
Bachelor’s degree in science Major Chemistry.1-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist.Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.Excellent in MS Office.Good command of EnglishExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent data collection and analysis skills.Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong attention to detailStrong knowledge of ISO Standards.Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist
