Key Responsibilities:

Answering Calls: Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally

Customer Assistance: Assist customers in resolving their concerns, inquiries, and complaints effectively. 

Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter and update customer information, inquiries, and interactions in the company's database or customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, if applicable, by providing step-by-step instructions or coordinating with technical support teams for prompt resolution. Ensure customers' technical problems are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Quality Assurance: Adhere to predefined quality standards and call center metrics such as call handling time, first call resolution, customer satisfaction ratings, and adherence to scripts. Strive to meet or exceed performance targets set by the organization.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

 


Skills and Qualifications:Graduates Fluent English Speakers B2\C1Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesPatience, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult or irate customersAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyAdaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
