As a Data Scientist at Future Face, you will play a key role in leveraging data science techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions, develop predictive models and algorithms, and deliver actionable insights that drive business value.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in data science and machine learning, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a business setting.
• Lead and manage end-to-end data science projects, from problem formulation and data exploration to model development, evaluation, and deployment
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, and translate them into data science solutions that drive business value
• Design and develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to extract insights and identify patterns in the data
• Evaluate and benchmark machine learning algorithms and techniques to identify the most effective approaches for a given problem
• Work closely with data/dev-ops engineers to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data science solutions in production environments
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, and collaborate with them to drive adoption and implementation of data-driven solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and proactively identify opportunities to apply new techniques and technologies to business problems
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical field or equivalent work• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in a same role• Strong technical skills in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch• Solid understanding of data science concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, and time series analysis• Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that have positively impacted business outcomes• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and analytically• The ability and willingness to learn new technologies on the job• Self driven, highly motivated, fast learner, ambitious and creative
