Production Manager is responsible for allocating labor resources, tracking production schedules and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly, receiving raw materials and shipping final goods as efficiently as possible • Responsible for all production activities from the pre-production (planning) stage through the production (control and supervision) stage. • Responsible for production output, product quality, and on-time shipping. • Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-dayoperations to exceed our customers’ expectations. • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards. • Oversees the manufacture of products, including materials procurement and vendor management, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met. • Ensuring all workers maintain productivity and staying on delegated tasks. • Take steps to solve the production problems and improve the performance. • Follow up all jobs during the fabrication processes, to avoid any problems during shipping. • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions • Bachelors Degree in Engineering with emphasis on Production / Industrial • Previous experience in Metal / Steel fabrication works is a must • Possess excellent leadership skills and prepared to be hands-on • Result oriented
