Cultiv is searching for a driven and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team, supporting a leading Saudi travel agency. In this role, you'll leverage your travel expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills to craft dream vacations for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Sell travel products and services including transportation, accommodations, travel insurance, and more.
- Partner with clients to understand their travel needs, recommending ideal destinations, transportation options, travel dates, budgets, and accommodations.
- Provide insightful information, brochures, and travel publications.
- Secure flight reservations, book hotel stays, and collect payments efficiently.
- Address any travel issues, complaints, or refund requests with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Continuously educate clients about popular destinations and travel trends.
Customer-centric approach with a clean and professional demeanor.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with strong salesmanship.Remain calm and collected under pressure (cool-tempered).Extensive knowledge of key tourist attractions across various countries.Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines.Proficiency in Travel & GDS systems.B1 / B1+ level English proficiency (written and spoken).
