We are hiring "Media buyer"
Requirements:
* 2-4 years in media buying and social media.
* Real Estate Brokerage experience for about years is a MUST.
* Proven experience in marketing and advertising.
* Proficiency in all digital marketing platforms and tools specially: Google Ads, Snap Chat, Tiktok, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, and Threads), and Linkedin.
* Ability to compare cost per leads on different social media platforms and make reports.
* Ability to recommend the best strategy, tools, executions, and implementation for digital campaigns.
* Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
* Ability to create engaging content for marketing materials.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent in English and Arabic.
* Location: Madinaty, New Cairo
1-2 years of experience in Real Estate brokerage companies.1-2 years of experience in the same position in brokerage company.Media plan experience in a must.F.B., Google, Snap chat, Tiktok.Familiarity with media-buying, planning and research.Interest in following advertising and media trends.Working knowledge of media analytics software (e.g. com Score).Excellent communication and negotiation skillsOrganizational and multitasking abilities.Attention to detail.Critical thinking skills.BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
