Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree).Proven experience (3-5 years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR field.Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing techniques.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
