We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Corporate Lawyer who aligns with our vision. As a Corporate Attorney, you will provide legal counsel in compliance with all regulatory laws. You must have in-depth knowledge of corporate law to uphold our company’s legal reputation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and drafting all legal documents including contracts, agreements, bilingual agreements..etc.
- Giving assistance to all corporate governance and compliance matters and provision of legal opinions in various sectors on a daily basis.
- Conduct legal research in different legal matters to provide assistance in legal matters.
- Provide national and multinational clients with legal opinions and consultations on daily basis.
- Handle M&As transactions in various aspects (technology, real estate, fintech, tourism,, etc)
Excellent Command in English.Time management and considerable reporting skills. Excellent background in drafting and reviewing various types of bilingual contracts and agreements.L.L.M is a plus.English Section is a plus.
