- Develop detailed BIM models using Revit software.
- Generate shop/design drawings details and/or calculation notes.
- Study and collect all related data of the assigned tasks.
- Estimate tasks time schedules..
- Perform required modifications.
- Attend project/team meetings and prepare required data reports.
- Follow the project’s documentation filing system instructions.
- Coordinate with other project team members to understand project requirements
- Ensure that the structure complies with the standards, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve conflicts and issues.
- Provide support during the construction phase by reviewing shop drawings and addressing any model-related inquiries.
- Stay updated on software advancements and best practices related to BIM modeling.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software is required. Strong understanding of Structure components Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with other BIM software and tools (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD) is a plus. Certification in Autodesk Revit or related software is desirable. Very Good command of English
