- Receive calls
- Provide information on the program and its services
- Conduct outbound calls as directed
- AE reporting
- Answer all inquiries
- Report and archive all calls on a daily basis
- Identify any gaps in the working procedure and suggest ways to address them
- Help manager in preparing monthly reports to clients
- Achieve the required target number of calls
Bachelor of pharmacy is a must• Excellent English • Excellent MS and data entry
