- Analyze and evaluate business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, requirements documents, and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding and alignment of goals.
- Support the development and implementation of new products and services, particularly in the banking sector.
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking industry.- Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Familiarity with banking operations, compliance processes, regulatory requirements and risk management.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills:- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.- Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
