- Plan for publicity strategies/digital media coverages/events.
- Reach out to influencers in PR/digital PR campaigns.
- Suggest the right public figures/KOL to reach out to according to the objective of the campaign.
- Prepare a quotation that entails the cost of each influencer collaboration.
- Build rapport and maintain a good relationship with public figures that are of interest within the company’s endeavors/activities/scope of work.
- Follow up with influencers to ensure proper delivery/efficient collaboration.
- Create a data base that includes lists of the public figures, platforms, groups and pages fit for each. market/industry/field, and negotiate with them to obtain the best rates possible.
- Come up with ideas to execute for on-ground activations and follow up with their implementation.
- Contact external entities to help in spreading the word about a certain campaign (through correspondences, calls, etc.).
- Collaborate with other internal departments to carry out the needed outputs.
- Make the necessary bookings needed to conduct on-ground activations, meetings, etc.
- Distribute media releases across the most fit/relevant platforms.
- Provide thorough reports for each campaign to measure its success.
- Accompany guests upon their attendance (when needed) across all accounts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques/trends within the field to update job knowledge.
Proven experience as Digital PR lead/manager or similar role.Interest in following advertising and media trends.BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising or related field
