- Review all contract documents (e.g., contract form, Special conditions, BOQ, specs, etc.)
- Review and evaluate contractor's and consultants' Interim payments & Final payment certificates
Identify, review & evaluate contractors' variation orders & claims - Prepare quantities to take off & BOQ
- Draft contractual letters to get them approved by the Sector Head
- Identify & review contracts and close out documents
- Review the BOQ item's breakdown, and relative weights & calculate the inflation as per contract terms
- Background Site experience is a must
- Knowledge of the latest technology in Smart irrigation systems is a must
Bachelor’s Degree In Agriculture Experience in the real estate/Construction field is a must
