  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Find and attract qualified candidates using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends and hiring best practices
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field+3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing platforms.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
