- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Initiate contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate, detailed information on leads and prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.Track and report on lead generation activities and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Proven work experience as a Lead generator or similar role.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration.Experience in shipping and E-commerce.Strong project and time management skills.Excellent English communication (verbal and written).Experience with cold calling.Experience with research and maintaining databases.Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Experience in using CRM.
