Senior Recruitment Specialist

  • Responsible for attracting candidates, Hunt the talents, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews.
  • Develop, evaluate and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards
  • Create candidates pipeline through posting job ads on all recruitment channels.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Conducts HR interviews and manages the technical interview process.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in an internal database
  • Performs reference checks as needed.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Follow up with the accepted candidates with preparing their hiring documents and their starting date.
  • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, source of hire, Turnover.
  • Responsible for orienting and explaining the strategy of the company to the new employees.
  • Conduct exit interviews for the resigned employees.
     

Bachelor’s degree in Business or human resource management (or related field)Proficient in MS OfficeHands on experince for massive recruitment.Ability to work on multiple jobs at the same time.Proficient with social media and recruiting platformsNot less than 5 years of Experience in recruitingA Human Resources diploma/certificate is a must Excellent communications skills and report presenting.
