Job brief

We are looking for an effective Warehouse Manager and assistant to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide variety of products.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and operate warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
• Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations including delivery to customers
• Always work on layout improvement and ensure efficient space utilization
• Manage all Data entry on Odoo for receipt and dispatch of products
• Run inventory control and self audit and manual count on regular basis
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Search the market and appoint dispatching services for best delivery and customer experience
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
• Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees 
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc,)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
