Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless process from job posting to onboarding. This role is essential for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent in line with Paymob's business needs.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Post job advertisements on company career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide necessary information.
- Collect and compile interview feedback from interviewers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks and verifications.
3- 6 months of experience in tech recruitment or HR coordination.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
