Technical Recruitment Coordinator- 6 months project-based

Job Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless process from job posting to onboarding. This role is essential for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent in line with Paymob's business needs.

 

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
  • Post job advertisements on company career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online databases, social media, and employee referrals, to attract potential candidates.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide necessary information.
  • Collect and compile interview feedback from interviewers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks and verifications.

3- 6 months of experience in tech recruitment or HR coordination.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
