Our IT department is Capital Guard’s digital backbone that navigates us through the ever-evolving currents of technology. By joining us as a Senior IT Engineer your role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure while constantly being on the lookout for utilizing new solutions, allowing us to meet our business needs. Additionally, you will play a vital role in deploying IT solutions that serve as the foundation of our clients’ projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our IT infrastructure and capabilities
• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory, GPOs, WSUS, and failover clustering
• Manage Google Workspace environments, including email, collaboration tools, and cloud storage, to support organizational productivity
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Configure and manage virtualization environments using VMware or similar platforms
• Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly
• Manage IT inventory of hardware, software, and peripherals
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
