• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site,
• Ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Follow-up on site work progress with the project team on a weekly basis, ensuring that workflow is operating as per approved schedule plan in full compliance with safety and quality control plans.
• Sending weekly reports on the progress of work on ongoing projects to senior management.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop original project schedules, control the project during implementation, and adapt baselines to anticipated risks.
• Manage and monitor the baseline schedule taking into account engineering, procurement, finance and construction activities in order to maintain progress and completion of projects objectives.
• Bachelor of Engineering.• 7-10 years of experience.• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction field. • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification would be an advantage.• Experience in Primavera.• Must own a car.• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.• lead a critical initiative comprised of several interconnected projects. • Have a proven track record of successfully managing concurrent projects. • Effectively prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all projects within the program meet deadlines and goals.• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
