Our technical team ensures that projects are executed with the highest quality and efficiency. We collaborate with the executive team and experts to maintain a clear and defined system, implementing various projects including water pipelines, water purification plants, and coastal wells projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily operations of assigned projects and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Developing and implementing work plans in line with the institution's strategic goals.
- Managing the institution's projects in the fields of drinking water, wastewater, and agriculture.
- Coordinating with various teams to ensure the achievement of defined goals.
- Developing operations and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Communicating with donors to implement the institution's plans and secure project funding.
- Providing periodic reports to senior management on the progress of projects.
- Writing and preparing technical reports and various follow-up reports.
Reporting:
- Reports directly to senior management.
Required Qualifications:5 to 7 years of experience in managing developmental projects in developmental institutions.A degree related to management and project management.Proficiency in English.Travel: May require travel as needed with the institution covering travel costs and allowancesRequired Skills:Strong leadership skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to effectively handle different personalities.Strong analytical skills.Willingness to learn and continuously develop.Problem-solving skills.Advanced knowledge of project management.
