Qualification:

 

Engineering Faculty Department of Architecture / Civil or Applied Arts 

 

Tasks of work:

1- Preparing quotations

 

2- Preparing shop drawing. 

3- Preparing production installation orders and following up on productivity, production rates and incentives.

4- Follow-up inventory and make purchase orders and orders for suppliers and for the needs and materials required to production

 

5- preparing collection claims for contractors or suppliers and coordinating them with the accounts department.

6- preparing BOQ.

 

   7-Inspecting the sites before production , following up the work, monitoring and supervising the work of subcontractors at the sites communicate  with the customer and taking any notes from the customer on the work or modifications. 

    8- Preparing the minutes of receiving the site and the minutes of the initial and final receipt.

9. Make timetables for the implementation of projects.

10- Preparing reports showing the  executive status of the progress of projects.

 

 

11– Preparing reports for the direct manager and senior management.

 

Required Skills:1- Proficiency in working on engineering design programs (AutoCAD+ Revit+ sketch up)2- Proficiency in working on office programs (Microsoft Office- word+ Excel+ power Point) Power BI is preferable 3-It is preferable to work on the planning programs Primavera or Microsoft Project. 4-ITIS PREFERABLETHAT HEHAS experience in THE SPECIALIZED PROGRAM FOR THE DOOR AND WINDOWEGYPTAL 5- ability to coordination with workers in the factory or sites. 6-basic information of quality standards.7-Has the ability to move between different locations in the governorates.    General requirements:1-He must be a resident of Greater Cairo or Giza (Preferably near the industrial zone - Third Settlement - New Cairo) 2-Has the ability to work with multitasking3- Has the ability to work under pressure. 4-Experience from one to three years in the field of aluminum (glass curtain wall + sky light domes + ACP cladding + pergolas + door and window + shutters). He has a car.-Job Advantages:  1- Productive incentive system.  2-Motivational work environment. 3-Work with experts staff. .4-Opportunities to upgrade.5- Social and health insurance & salary starts from 6500 EGP
