Responsibilities
Communicate with domestic and international clients
Manage calendar and schedule appointments
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Manage communication (phone calls, emails, inquiries)
Prepare presentations and documents
Organize and maintain filing systems
Invoicing and expenses reports
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any equivalent college.Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar roleExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyDiscretion and ability to maintain confidentialityAble to work under pressure and meeting deadlinesTeam player and can-do attitudePreferable to start immediately
