Job purpose:
 
We are looking for an experienced Batch Plant Manager. He will responsible for overseeing the production of ready-mix concrete while ensuring quality standards are met within budget and in a safe and environmentally friendly manner. The Batch Plant Manager will ensure regulatory compliance and manage plant-level employee.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the concrete plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
2. Implement strategic plans to optimize production processes and meet quality standards.
3. Manage inventory levels and procurement of raw materials.
4. Coordinate and supervise the all tasks related to new and ensuring on time project implementation.
5. Timely production of quality concrete as per the specification of the customers & its delivery.
6. Monitoring and controlling of operational cost (Production, Maintenance….etc), and take effective cost reduction actions.
7. Supervision & control 
8. Propose to the operation manager the plant Budget and all updates during the year.
9. Planning, coordinating & controlling of all raw materials delivery,production and maintenance area according to the company policy. 
10. Monitor and follow up with the periodic and preventive maintenance for all plant equipment.
11. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize and multitask responsibilities effectively.
12. Ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with all levels of the organization and external clients to ensure the highest level of satisfaction and service.
13. Ensure the regular & preventive maintenance of the plant & equipment (truck mixer & pumps….etc).
14. Define on monthly basis best performers in each department (Operation, QC, Maintenance….etc).
15. Promptly solve all clients’ complaints.
16. Ensure that all policies and procedures properly implemented.
