As a security pre-sales Engineer with SOC(Security Operation Center )experience, you well play a pivotal role in our sales process by providing technical experts and guidance to our clients. your primary responsibility will be to understand our clients' security needs, articulate how our solutions align with those needs, and demonstrate the value proposition of our products and services additionally, you will collaborate closely with our sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of our solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Expertise :Leverage your deep understanding of cybersecurity ,particularly in the realm of security operations (SOC), to effectively communicate the technical capabilities of our solutions to clients
- pre-sales support : work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their specific security challenges
- Solution Demonstration :conduct product demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs ) to showcase the effectiveness of our solutions in real-world scenarios
- Requirement Analysis: Gather and analyze customer requirements to provide customized recommendations that meet their security objectives.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the engineering team to design comprehensive security solutions that integrate seamlessly with clients' existing infrastructure and workflows.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of technical proposals, including solution architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and pricing estimates.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including security architects and IT managers, to understand their business goals and security priorities.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threat landscapes, and share your insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- willing to travel up to 50% of the time, for customer engagement, conference and partner enablement.
Bachelor's degree in computer science , Information Security , or a related field.Advanced certification such as CCNP or CCSP,CISM,FCP,FCSS or are highly desirable .Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions.in-depth knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) operations , including response, and security monitoringproficiency in configuring and troubleshooting security products as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention system(IDS/IPS), endpoint protection, and net work security appliancestrong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Excellent problem -solving skills and ability to think creatively to address customers' unique security challengesExperience working in a customer-facing role and a track record of building strong relationships with clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
