Real Estate Team Leader

Job duties:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets
  • Playing a strategic role in the team
  • Immediate handling of customer requests.
  • ⁠Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize mutual interest.
  • Forecast Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly revenue expectations with predictability.

Job Requirements

  • Located in Alexandria
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales in REAL ESTATE
  • Real estate development background is preferred.
  • Sales skills, including lead generation and sales strategy development.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets

Job Description

  • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and market trends.
  • Coordinate property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
  • Advise clients on pricing strategies, financing options, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as appraisers and lawyers, to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
  • Mentor junior agents and provide guidance on complex transactions.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the real estate agency.
