This is an important role in COLORS Beauty supply chain system. You will report directly to Supply chain manager.

The WMS Specialist is responsible for the information management, storage, and analysis of information through computer networks, systems, and computer databases.

The WMS Specialist will provide general system updates on WMS software, analyze problems, and monitor networks to ensure their availability to the users.

Roles &Responsibilities:

• Define business requirements for WMS software upgrades deployment, software upgrades, and system configuration.
• Recommend, manage system changes including new concepts, system improvements changes with software supplier.
• Collaborate with IT to develop system tests, identify discrepancies. Troubleshoot solutions and provide reconciliation.
• Work with Inventory Management on WMS configuration and stock reconciliations.
• Communicate daily with warehouse team on daily productivity by function.
• Creates Inbound / Outbound system documents that shop floor Receive, Pick and Ship based on it.
• Receive and proceed stock into the inventory management system.
• Compare invoices and descriptions to the actual products and make sure that records match with actuals.
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents. And Updates data accurately on warehouse management system (WMS).
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
