Sparks Preschool New Cairo is searching for a friendly HR recruiter to join their dynamic team.
 

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • A multi-tasker
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Can do attitude


 

  • Timings: 9:30AM to 4:30PM Sunday to Thursday.


 

Main duties are:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings
  • Use various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates
  • Source, compile and screen resumes (C.V’s) and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements
  • Conduct initial phone interview (to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job) to short list in-person interviews
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback about the candidates
  • Provide weekly report about the recruitment process and hiring pipeline update
  • Sign employment contracts, collect and follow up on staff hiring documentation.
  • Maintain the recruitment database for back ups
  • Keep accurate records of staff information and vacations
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates
