3Sixty, a leading digital dental solutions provider, is looking for a Head of Total Quality Management The 3Sixty head of total quality management  is responsible for

Business Process Management (BPM):

  • Establishes and monitors a framework for process documentation and implementation across the company.
  • Designs, analyzes, and improves business processes.
  • Creates reports for management approval before process changes.
  • Maintains and monitors process documentation.

Digital Transformation:

  • Automates or semi-automates the customer-facing processes using existing company tools.
  • Analyzes existing processes for improvement and automation.
  • Selects the most suitable automation tools for each process.
  • Monitors and reports on the performance of automated processes and employees.

Quality Assurance (QA):

  • Sets and monitors the implementation of QA guidelines and training programs.
  • Develops audit assessment plans for each department.
  • Manages QA staff and budgets.
  • Establishes KPIs to measure departmental performance.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Manages the end-to-end cycle of complaints and incidents.
  • Oversees risk management activities.
  • Provides leadership and management for departmental staff, including goal setting, hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Job Requirements:Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or in any related studies or degrees.Minimum 10 years of experience in managing QA and Processes departmentsFluent English Language (Written and spoken)Six Sigma certification is a plusTotal Quality Management CertificationAudit CertificationsProven experience in designing, re-engineering and automating business processesProven experience in supervising Quality Assurance and Control Frameworks  Proven experience in supervising and implementing internal Audit frameworks. Proven experience inmanaging projects related to compliance with International Best PracticesProven experience in designing, re-engineering and automating business processes Proven experience in leading Culture Change Management Projects Proven experience in building Quality Assurance and Control Frameworks
