  • Overseeing the sales process to ensure that targets are met or exceeded.
  • Identifying potential clients, developing relationships with them, generating leads, completing sales, and maintaining relationships over time.
  • Responsible for managing a sales team within the organization and for actively collaborating with other departments to develop new sales strategies.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to create effective sales plans. 
  • Set sales goals and objectives for the team and monitor performance against targets.

Suitable bachelor's degree, preferably business administration, marketing.10 to 15 years of experience in real estate.An excellent level of real estate knowledge and marketing skills.Previous experience in selling commercial real estate.Upper-Intermediate English Level.Experience in managing a sales team.Well Presenter, Excellent Negotiation & Persuasion Skills.Knowing about brokerage Companies.Owning a car is a plus.
