- Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (online platforms, employee referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Talent Development:
- Partner with leadership to identify training and development needs across the organization.
- Develop and implement engaging learning programs and initiatives.
- Track employee progress and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Performance Management:
- Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Support career development discussions and create opportunities for growth.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations activities, including employee engagement surveys and exit interviews.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations.
- Data & Analytics:
- Collect, analyze, and report on talent management data to support strategic decision-making.
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and measure the success of talent management initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.From 2 to 5 years of experience in a talent management or HR role.Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for building positive employee relations and fostering a strong company culture.
