Senior Talent Management Specialist

  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
    • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels (online platforms, employee referrals, etc.).
    • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Talent Development:
    • Partner with leadership to identify training and development needs across the organization.
    • Develop and implement engaging learning programs and initiatives.
    • Track employee progress and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist with the development and implementation of performance management systems.
    • Facilitate performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
    • Support career development discussions and create opportunities for growth.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Manage employee relations activities, including employee engagement surveys and exit interviews.
    • Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and retention.
    • Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations.
  • Data & Analytics:
    • Collect, analyze, and report on talent management data to support strategic decision-making.
    • Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and measure the success of talent management initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.From 2 to 5  years of experience in a talent management or HR role.Strong understanding of talent management principles and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passion for building positive employee relations and fostering a strong company culture.
