Responsibilities
- Light current systems (ACs , CCTV , Parking , Time attendance, etc.) installation , configuration and support including HW components and software management.
- Provide technical client support and issue resolution onsite or remotely.
- Provide training sessions for clients on newly installed products (Hardware and software).
- Conduct live demos and POCs to introduce hardware and software products to the clients.
- Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures while improving code and re-designing tasks.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.Good knowledge in light current systems , applications, and Network .Good network knowledge (CCNA).2-4 years of experience in light Current Systems Support
