We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join our team. This role involves managing our company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws, and overseeing business registration and taxation-related issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage the company’s financial transactions and accounting processes.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and financial reports.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
Business Registration:
- Handle the registration process of the business and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain records of business licenses and permits.
Tax Management:
- Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.
- Manage tax planning and ensure the company is taking advantage of all tax benefits and deductions.
Compliance:
- Ensure the business complies with all relevant local, state, and federal tax laws.
- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and implement necessary adjustments in the company’s policies.
Invoicing and Loan Management:
- Manage the issuance of invoices to clients and suppliers.
- Oversee loans given to and received from other companies.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.Proven experience in financial management, tax preparation, and compliance.Skills:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Other Requirements:Spoken English (Important): High proficiency in spoken English.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and professional ethics.Familiarity with local, state, and federal tax laws.
