Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department of Global. This position involves providing administrative assistance, managing sales-related documentation and processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales function.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales team with maintaining records, reports, and documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute sales materials and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring a well-maintained clients meeting schedule.
  • Process sales requests, coordinate with relevant departments, and maintain documentation.
  • Update and maintain CRM system, supporting customer relationship management.
  • Coordinate sales activities with internal teams and communicate with clients and partners.
  • Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports and contribute to sales insights.
  • Manage office needs, including materials and supplies, to ensure a well-equipped and organized work environment, while handling office expenses efficiently.
  • Answer clients' phone calls and maintain meetings in the branch, providing professional and attentive customer support.
     

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.Excellent command of English language.Proven experience in sales support or administrative role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
