- Managing the client relationship through effective communications, problem solving & responding to their requests.
- Replying to clients’ daily requests either by calls or mails or even WhatsApp, addition/ deletion requests, reviewing claims, getting approvals, discount letters, coverage letters in case applicable.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the insurance company/TPA.
- Keep the team & the client up to date with the updated knowledge.
- Suggests actions to improve and Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
- Collaborates with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customer requests.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Scheduling client visits based on account status, business needs, or internal policy.
- Conducting a consumption analysis to monitor client usage of medical services and provide updates to the clients.
- Following up on the payments.
- Negotiating with the insurance company to secure the best prices and discounts for customized accounts upon renewal or for new business.
- Ensuring that the client has received the original contract, obtaining their signature, following up on payment, scheduling a courier appointment to collect the contract and cheque, and delivering them to the insurance company to receive the cards.
- Conducting presentations after renewal process or for the new accounts.
- Updating all data and requests in the CRM system to comply with the internal processes.
Minimum 3+ years' experience in the same fieldVery Good command of MS office, English, and presentation skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills.Strong client service skillsPrevious experience in sales or customer service is a plus.Self-motivated with ability to handle pressure & tight deadlines.
