Responsibilities
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
- Keeping up to date on all services and informing customers of new services.
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Meeting sales quotas.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service using scripts
- Answer questions about our services or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree.2 to 3 years of experience.Excellent communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Good command in Microsoft Excel.Experience in Insurance is a plus.Very Good English and Arabic Communication and Negotiation skillsgood french Communication skills is preferable.Excellent Presentation skills
