Front desk responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and parents.
- Answering emails and walk in inquiries in a helpful manner and ensuring that appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner.
- Liaising with all departments for any inquiry.
- Communicating with parents, receiving, and passing on information between parents and teachers.
- Signing out all students on the system at dismissal time.
- Signing in/out all visitors/parents on the system during the school day.
- Updating late students on the system.
- Assisting parents with the lost and found office.
- Arranging a meetings for the parents with heads of years or teachers.
- Assisting students to contact parents from school.
- Making payment orders for the assessment and working closely with the Admission department.
- Answering all incoming calls to College, dealing in a friendly yet professional way, and in a timely manner.
- Maintaining and updating school information, records, and databases.
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing all packages, deliveries, and mail.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, requiring a good level of IT skills.
- Performing any other tasks as directed.
Desired qualifications:BA or equivalent in any related major.Advanced computer skills are preferable.Skills:Fluent Written & verbal English.High Communication skillsCustomer -service orientedProblem solving
