  • Achieve individual monthly sales targets as set by management. 
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that best fitting them. 
  • Provide the right advice and assist sellers and investors in purchasing properties. 
  •  Attracting customers. Actions might include cold-calling, following up on leads, advertising and making business presentations to potential buyers and investors. 
  • Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants. 
  • Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM. 
  • Oversee properties’ personnel and assess its performance. 
  • Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local and national property market information and laws
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.

 


Experience in the real estate field  (5 years).Bachelor's degree.Proven sales experience and ability to meet sales targets.Strong Negotiation abilities and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
